YOUR MISSION

As a Product Manager in the Financial self-service team you will own the full experience of partners and couriers to manage their financial data, invoicing and payout terms in the dedicated web and app products. At the same time, you’ll ensure the systematic validating and regulatory check of their information and provide the necessary in-house tooling for operators. Your goal will be to create a seamless self-service experience that improves our end-users satisfaction metrics, optimize our operational efficiency and data accuracy, while empowering critical elements of our fintech ecosystem. THE JOURNEY

  • You will shape the strategy for the team in charge of the Invoicing and financial experience of partners and couriers at Glovo, defining key metrics, goals, and setting the team OKRs, vision and direction;
  • You will get in-depth to the problem space that your own, keeping a close contact with your end-users and visiting local markets to uncover their needs; 
  • Together with your cross-functional team, you will design elegant and sustainable solutions, making the Glovo experience stand out for our partners and couriers;
  • You’ll work closely with various internal stakeholders, to ensure that we empower them with tools to increase their efficiency while improving the quality of our data. 
  • Create a thoughtful roadmap to deliver and iterate on your vision at every release;
  • Set ambitious objectives for your engineering team, motivate them to embrace your strategy, and create great experiences for our customers;
  • Work closely with Data and UX to define the best possible paths to solve problems based on data and full analysis.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 4+ years delivering highly successful and innovative products
  • Experience in building user-facing Products, on the web and ideally on native apps. 
  • Strong focus on success metrics and analytics (one of our Product Principles is to “Test from Day 1”).
  • Ability to work effectively with a UX research and design team and define expectations, focus and timelines.
  • Leadership & stakeholder management - you can motivate your teammates to build amazing products. You’re great at making tough decisions in a sea of ambiguity and keeping everyone on track.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers and analysts towards a common objective.
  • Technical know-how — you have a solid understanding of how software is made and how it works. You are able to challenge some engineering decisions to drive impact faster.
  • Ability to defend your strategy with stakeholders and VPs
  • Superb communication in English — you have excellent written and verbal English communication skills. You make complex ideas understandable and craft specs that are easy for multiple audiences to consume.
