To take our product experience to the next level, we are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) who combines strong, hands‑on product management skills with a solid Figma skills.

You will join a remote‑friendly, international team that values ownership, transparency, and ambition, and where your ideas have a direct impact on thousands of tour & activity providers across Europe. If you enjoy switching between understanding customer problems, crafting elegant interfaces, and collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders, this role is for you.

🎯 What You'll Own

• Product discovery for assigned initiatives: clarifying the problem, defining hypotheses, and running lean research with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Project management for these initiatives: aligning scope and timelines, coordinating with Engineering, and keeping stakeholders informed and unblocked.

• Definition of success metrics for your initiatives (e.g. adoption, conversion, task success, time‑to‑value) and follow‑up on performance after launch.

• Translation of discovery insights into user stories, acceptance criteria, and a clear implementation plan for the development team.

🧠 You Bring

• 5+ years as Product Manager with UX/UI experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B platforms.

• 1–3 years of practical product / project experience: helping to define problems, structure initiatives, and deliver them with a cross‑functional team, even if not in a pure PM title.

• Strong portfolio showing complex flows, interaction design, and visual design quality, with clear impact on user or business outcomes.

• Advanced Figma skills: components and variants, auto‑layout, prototyping, and experience with design systems.

• Hands‑on experience in user research and usability testing, from planning to synthesis and iteration.

• Familiarity with basic product management metrics (e.g. activation, adoption, funnel metrics) and how design and product decisions can move them.

 

➕ Nice-to-Have

• Experience in the travel, leisure, or experiences industry, or with marketplace‑like products.

• German skills.

• Entrepreneurship, ownership, drive.

• Experience improving design and product workflows (e.g. discovery templates, design review formats, documentation standards).
