Your Mission

We are in search of a Product Manager (m/f/d), with the drive to create and manage the best robotic offering in order to build RobCo into the category-leading SMB automation company in Europe. We’ve raised €17.5M from the world’s best VCs, such as Sequoia, Kindred, and Promus and top-notch angel investors such as Daniel Dines and Christian Reber to achieve our vision.As a foundational member of RobCo’s team, you’ll work closely with our Director Product Development, VP Revenue, Head of Marketing, Head of Solutions Engineering, Head of Robot Engineering and your team using a modern stackIn this role you will be accountable for:Product Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and vision.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demands and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
  • Provide guidance and support to the marketing team for the creation of effective product messaging and positioning.
Product Development:
  • Drive the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting quality standards.
  • Conduct regular product reviews and iterate based on user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience.
Market Launch and Promotion:
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales tools and support their efforts in product positioning.
  • Monitor product performance in the market and implement strategies to maximize success.
Customer Focus:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to gather feedback and insights.
  • Ensure that customer needs and feedback are integrated into the product development process.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, business, or related discipline)
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the robotics industry
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical challenges and concepts
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering products on time and within budget
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

  • You’re data-driven and will base your decisions on ROI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken)
