Product Manager- PaaS Ecosystems

- To improve the XM Ecosystem, making it more accessible for developers.
- To participate in PaaS projects, helping to extend XM category capabilities.
- To contribute to product strategy and enhancements through collaborative efforts.
- Collaborating with UX/R design, developer advocacy and solution architects to support PaaS development.
- Collecting and acting on feedback from partners and customers to refine features.
- Assisting in the communication of product updates and strategic plans to leadership.
- Supporting the management of project dependencies and ensuring quality delivery.
- By contributing to product roadmap discussions and understanding strategic priorities.
- Learning from customer interactions to better understand their needs and market trends.
- Developing skills in leadership and project management within a team setting.
- Enhancing ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Assist in the development and growth of the XM Ecosystem.
- Support a team of developers, testers, and designers in creating new features.
- Help prioritize feedback from partners and customers to improve product offerings.
- Participate in product strategy sessions and contribute to cross-functional projects.
What We’re Looking for on Your Resume
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a product-related role, preferably in tech/software.
- Owner’s mentality with adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with B2B customers and a track record of exceptional customer service.
- Experience with frontline or omnichannel experience management is beneficial.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. For part-time or intern positions, this pay range is for base pay per hour. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
