What You'll Do:

●  Lead the development and execution of our predictive search platform, focusing on enhancing search accuracy, personalization, and user engagement through cutting-edge technology and innovative search functionalities.

●  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Personalization, to integrate predictive search features across various platforms and stores, enhancing the overall search ecosystem.

●  Simplify and streamline how predictive search utilizes data, removing redundant and unnecessary business logic to improve efficiency and maintainability.

●  Spearhead predictive A/B testing initiatives to refine and evolve search features, such as top filters, product recommendations, and disambiguation of search suggestions, ensuring continuous improvement in search quality and user satisfaction.

●  Own the complete search box experience, from the blank state to the presentation of search results, incorporating trending searches, personalized suggestions, and visually enriched content to engage users from the first interaction.

●  Champion innovative UI improvements and product catalog integrations to enrich the search experience, leveraging visual similarity models and popular filters to deliver more relevant and visually appealing search suggestions.

●  Develop and maintain a robust predictive personalization framework, utilizing user behavior data to deliver context-aware, personalized search suggestions, enhancing the relevance and effectiveness of search results.

●  Ensure the predictive search infrastructure is robust, scalable, and efficient, embracing cloud migrations, server-side model inferences, and tooling for search debugging and analysis to maintain a high-performance search platform.

We Are a Match Because You Have:

●  5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the realms of search technologies, predictive analytics, or eCommerce platforms, with a proven track record of delivering impactful products.

●  Strong technical acumen

●  Curiosity - Always asking why and how, keeping an eye on emerging technologies and pushing against the status quo

●  Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, driving product vision, and executing product roadmaps in a fast-paced, agile environment.

●  Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data, prioritize initiatives, and make data-driven decisions to drive product improvements and innovations.

●  Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a diverse audience, including senior leadership, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.

●  A deep passion for enhancing user experiences through technology, with a customer-centric approach to solving problems and delivering value.

●  Experience with A/B testing, user research, and iterative product development processes, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

●  A collaborative mindset, with the ability to forge strong relationships across the organization, influence without authority, and lead teams towards shared goals and successful outcomes.
