The Opportunity

The Product Marketing Intern will work closely with the Product Marketing Managers to build a deep understanding of our audience and the market we serve, then help create stories that connect our solutions to customer needs. This role partners with our Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to bring new products to market and deliver value to our customers. This internship position will provide real-world exposure to B2B marketing and includes activities and training designed to develop your product marketing skills. This is what you'll be doing: 

  • Building an understanding of the UserTesting product portfolio, its customers, and the market 
  • Driving customer, competitive, and market analysis, generate battle cards for internal teams 
  • Informing go-to-market planning, positioning, targeting, and messaging 
  • Ideating on marketing opportunities to drive product adoption and usage 
  • Collaborating with product and design stakeholders to provide feedback based on your research
  • Presenting research findings to senior leadership

What we are looking for:

  • Desire to work in marketing or product management 
  • A self-motivated, resourceful individual
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to synthesize research findings and write content 
  • Ability to collaborate amongst different teams and working styles
  • Sample work including a marketing case study is a plus 

This is a great opportunity for an MBA student but applications from all graduate-level disciplines will be considered.
