We are looking for an experienced product marketing professional to take ownership of our Competitive Intelligence program within the product marketing team. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Competitive Intelligence, you will be instrumental in enabling sellers, guiding product roadmap decisions, and ensuring differentiation in the market.

Your Mission
  • Develop and own a comprehensive Competitive Intelligence program, outlining key components to empower sellers and guide product development decisions.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify key differentiators and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs, providing them with the necessary tools, information, and training to effectively compete in the market.
  • Lead the creation of internal content and assets, such as competitive positioning documents, and training materials, to empower the sales team.
  • Collaborate with product management to understand and define product requirements and roadmap based on competitive landscape and customer feedback.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to guide strategic product decisions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and executives.
  • Own the coordination and execution of initiatives that enhance competitive positioning and differentiation in the market.

  • Industry Savvy: Stay informed about industry trends, providing strategic insights for differentiation.
  • Effective Presenter: Confidently convey findings to internal stakeholders, influencing decisions.
  • Initiative Taker: Proactively own initiatives to enhance competitive positioning in the market.
  • BA/BS degree in business or marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years in product marketing
  • Enterprise software experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, writing, editing, and project management skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
Extra Awesome
  • Worked at a privacy, security, compliance, or data governance software company previously in similar capacity
  • Previous experience in a product marketing role with a focus on building and owning a Competitive Intelligence program.
  • Proven track record of influencing product roadmaps and features based on competitive insights.
  • Relevant certifications in Product Marketing or Competitive Intelligence.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range$123,750—$185,625 USDWhere we Work

  • Location-flex: Similar to other companies’ remote policies, for OneTrust “Location-flex" roles, you will primarily work from your home office location. However, you may be required to travel to our OneTrust offices or customer sites periodically based on the nature of your role.
