About the Role

Product marketing is at the heart of Celonis, driving the success of our products and our company. For this role, we are seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will focus on partner solutions built on the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You will be responsible for positioning, messaging, and launching solutions that our partners develop on the platform. These solutions will be key to expanding the capabilities of the Celonis ecosystem and enabling partners to generate new revenue streams through innovative offerings.

As the Product Marketing Manager - Partner Solutions, you will work closely with product managers, partners, and the go-to-market (GTM) teams to drive the adoption and success of partner-built solutions. You will collaborate with partners to understand their solutions, build co-branded messaging, and enable GTM teams to effectively bring these solutions to market. You will also guide partners on how to leverage Celonis APIs and platform capabilities to create innovative solutions, helping to build a robust community of partner solution developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Positioning and Messaging: Define and execute the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for partner solutions. Craft narratives that highlight how partners’ offerings complement and extend Celonis capabilities, providing clear value to customers.
  • Solution Launches: Lead the planning and execution of partner solution launches, ensuring alignment with internal teams and external stakeholders. Collaborate with partners to co-market solutions and drive awareness through joint campaigns and events.
  • Go-to-Market Enablement: Support GTM teams by creating compelling sales and marketing collateral, including pitch decks, solution briefs, and demo scripts that showcase partner solutions. Train sales teams on how to position and sell partner solutions effectively.
  • Product Strategy and Feedback: Collaborate with product teams to inform the partner product roadmap, providing insights into customer and partner needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Help identify whitespace opportunities for partner solutions.
  • Partner Collaboration: Build strong relationships with strategic partners, acting as a trusted advisor to guide them in building, positioning, and scaling their solutions on the Celonis platform. Assist partners in navigating the Celonis ecosystem, from product development to commercialization.
  • Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a thought leader in the partner ecosystem by presenting at industry events, participating in webinars, and creating content that highlights the power of partner solutions.

Core Competencies

  • Positioning and Messaging: The ability to create compelling narratives that clearly articulate the value of partner solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner Enablement: Experience working with partners to co-develop, position, and launch solutions, with a focus on building co-branded marketing and sales materials.
  • Product and Solution Expertise: Deep understanding of Celonis Process Intelligence Platform and its APIs, and the ability to help partners design, build, and commercialize solutions on top of it.
  • Go-to-Market Collaboration: Proven experience working closely with sales, presales, and marketing teams to enable successful go-to-market efforts.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Ability to work across product, sales, and partner teams, aligning stakeholders and driving projects to successful completion.

How You Will Work

  • Partner with product and partner teams to drive co-innovation and solution development, aligning roadmaps and go-to-market plans.
  • Conduct in-depth research on partner capabilities, competitive solutions, and market trends to inform strategy and messaging.
  • Develop joint GTM campaigns with partners, creating marketing collateral and sales enablement tools to accelerate adoption.
  • Actively participate in partner discussions, helping to identify new opportunities for building solutions on the Celonis platform.
  • Serve as a key spokesperson for partner solutions at major events, both internally and externally.

This position will report to Afrida Mahbub, Director of Product Marketing for Solutions.
