Where you’ll work:
Depending on the needs of your business area, we expect hub based people to be in the office at least once a week, and to go to OVO Connection events in-person.
You’ll be assigned to the closest one of our three hub offices, Bristol, Glasgow, or London; unless your role requires field-based work. Each hub has accessible spaces to park your laptop, is designed to inspire people, help them connect and bring big ideas to life.

Though this role sits in the D2C area, you will feel embedded in OVO’s EV team, working with them to deliver revolutionary ways for customers to charge their Electric Vehicles both at home and at public charging points. OVO enables both seasoned EV drivers, and those just making the switch, to feel confident they are getting not only the best value, but a service that has the environment at its heart..
This role in a nutshell:
This role drives marketing for OVO’s Electric Vehicle propositions, working closely with the Commercial, Product, Brand and Channel teams to shape effective and creative strategies, ensuring they are executed and monitoring results.
Your key outcomes will be:
- Owning the Go To Market strategy and marketing roadmap for your products, working with internal stakeholders to craft plans and be the one lynchpin for ensuring the marketing strategy is created and delivered.
- Partnering closely with Product, Commercial & Brand teams to shape the product, positioning and go to market strategies for existing features and new releases, leading the collaboration across teams.
- Working with Marketing & Comms teams throughout the business (Performance Marketing, CRM, SEO, In-life Comms, PR, Social) to drive campaigns and ensure that there is proposition consistency.
- Own and manage content across our website and apps for your propositions (landing pages, blogs, promotional spots, Beyond, features, editorial), ensuring the product is consistently merchandised across all touchpoints.
- Championing the voice of the customer in everything the teams do; you’ll be the expert on who our target audience is.
- Work with our Brand team on proposition positioning and messaging guides we will use within our marketing, including claims.
- Own quarterly Creative Studio planning, briefing and delivery based on your marketing roadmaps.
- Providing insight and metrics through Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau and Zoho for performance and optimisation.
- Be responsible for, and optimise to our target CAC / ROI.

We’ll pay you between £43,000 and £57,000, depending on your specific skills and experience.
We keep our pay ranges broad on purpose to give us, and you, flexibility to match your experience to our zero carbon mission.
You’ll be eligible for an on-target bonus of 15%. We have one OVO bonus plan that focuses on the collective performance of our people to deliver our Plan Zero goal.
