As the People Manager of our Global Product Marketing team, you will oversee a dynamic group dedicated to driving the adoption of our products across international markets. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the strategies that enhance our product presence globally and ensure that our offerings meet the varied needs of diverse user segments.

- Lead and mentor a team of Product Marketing Managers, setting clear goals and expectations aligned with our global strategy.
- Develop tailored marketing strategies to boost product adoption in varying global markets.
- Oversee the creation and execution of compelling marketing campaigns.
- Foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging team innovation and adaptation.
- Maintain close collaboration with R&D, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure product messaging is aligned across all touchpoints.
- 1+ years of proven experience in leading product marketing teams with a global reach.
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, preferred experience at a SaaS company.
- Demonstrable track record of developing successful product marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and inspire a team.
- Experience in product lifecycle management and cross-functional team collaboration.
