Role Description:

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our products/services, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target market needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, and operations to drive successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support & manage comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including market analysis, positioning, messaging, and launch campaign mapping & asset creation.
  • Collaborate with product management to understand product features, benefits, and target customer segments.
  • Lead the creation of marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and other assets to support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, PR, and advertising.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging and provide training and support on new product offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies and tactics.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives, including ROI analysis and key performance metrics.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully launching products/services to market.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with different teams globally.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience in Financial services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
