As the Product Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage strategic product operations projects and ensure seamless execution of product initiatives, from conception through to launch and optimisation.  

You will…

• Collaborate with our product managers and operations managers to assess initial feasibility of new products, lead full operational feasibility scoping and guide roadmap planning for new products
• Raise the bar on operational excellence when it comes to execution of new products by leading regular reviews and identifying priority areas for improvement
• Manage product focused business wide projects, being responsible from scoping to execution
• Communicate effectively across all parts of the business and to various levels of stakeholders 
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Solve problems on-the-go in a fast-paced environment

You are/have ...

• 3+ years of project management experience,  preferably in food (but not a must)
• Able to influence, drive alignment among a diverse set of stakeholders, lead and motivate to deliver on longer term projects as well as day to day operations
• Have strong up and downward management skills  with clear communication
• Have a “roll up sleeves” attitude to entering workstreams and getting them over the line 
• Quantitative and analytical experience, including solid comfort with Excel
• Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work
• Entrepreneurial and can make things happen
