We’re looking for an enthusiastic and thoughtful team player to join our Policy team as an Product Policy Analyst II, Ad Policy based in our Dublin, Ireland office. You’ll be an integral member of the Ad Policy team by maintaining clear and thorough ad and shopping policy documentation, providing policy clarifications for our internal stakeholders such as our operations partners, helping launch policies, and identifying areas for policy improvements. You will have lots of opportunity to learn and grow, including by working alongside experienced policy managers and participating in cross-team policy discussions.

What you’ll do:

  • Become an expert on our advertising and shopping policies and enforcement guidance. 
  • Provide policy clarifications to internal audiences and identify opportunities for policy improvements.
  • Maintain thorough policy documentation for internal and external audiences.
  • Partner with enforcement teams to successfully launch and enforce advertising and shopping policies. 
  • Serve as the primary Policy team point of contact for clarifying questions and day-to-day escalations from sales and enforcement teams.

  • Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills: you can assess numerous inputs, weigh tradeoffs, manage ambiguity, and make difficult decisions.
  • A stellar communicator who has strong writing skills and great verbal communication in English.
  • A skilled relationship builder who maintains collaborative partnerships with teammates and cross-functional partners. 
  • Attention to detail and process. 
  • Demonstrated experience in policy development or policy enforcement operations.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.
