The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dedicated Research Intern to support our Voice of Customer (VoC) program this summer, playing a key role in understanding our Panelist Experience. Your work will focus on gathering, analyzing, and translating insights into actionable strategies that enhance our panelist satisfaction and engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a vital area of our business, ensuring our platform resonates with our panelists and meets our customers’ recruitment needs.

This is what you'll be doing: 

  • Assist in the development and execution of research methodologies tailored to collecting VoC data, such as interviews, surveys, and unmoderated studies. 
  • Support the analysis of qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify key customer insights, trends, and areas of improvement. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VoC findings into product development and customer experience strategies. 
  • Contribute to the creation of monthly reports and presentations that highlight customer feedback trends and insights. 

What we are looking for:

  • Keen interest in customer experience and research, including a working knowledge of basic user research methods 
  • Able to perform basic analysis, specifically, review notes, videos, and objectives to synthesize insights that will drive value for customers 
  • Able to provide thorough notes for other researchers 
  • Write up findings about moments of interest during user research 
  • Not afraid to ask questions about why we do things the way we do and can ideate on alternatives that will create more positive customer experiences.
  • Frequently provide status updates on projects to the team and wider project stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrate an interest in helping the team excel, rather than focusing on your own progress. 
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. You can complete very specific tasks, usually within hours.
  • Responsive to direct requests from business owners, and you’ll leave responsibility for impact to others. 
  • Enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program, graduating year in 2024 
  • You live in metro Atlanta and are able and willing to commute into the office 1–2 times per week for the duration of the internship
