Product Strategy Manager (m/f/x)

We are looking for a high caliber Product Strategy Manager to lead our Voice of the Customer and Market Research efforts, drive our Physical Product strategy and contribute on other high-impact projects.
In this cross-functional role, you report to the Managing Director and co-CEO and work closely with our local and international HelloFresh teams. This is a very exciting opportunity, especially for a strategist that is passionate about product development or a product developer with strong strategic acumen, to be in the driver’s seat to accelerate HelloFresh's product-market fit in Spain by tailoring our value proposition and product to our customer’s needs. The ideal candidate will be data-driven and customer-centric, focused on delivering results in a high-paced and ever-changing environment - and have a passion for food!

What you’ll do- Strategic Product Development (65% of time)
- Identify opportunities, develop business cases, understand cost/effort trade-offs and establish a prioritized product roadmap, to deliver on ambitious growth and profitability objectives
- Establish project plans, timelines, budgets, manage cross-functional stakeholders and support where needed to launch new product initiatives
- Report on performance KPIs for the portfolio of products and initiatives
- Frequently re-assess the high-level plan - and iterate/re-prioritise if needed
- Work collaboratively with various departments such as Culinary and Menu Performance, Analytics, Marketing, Procurement, Production, and Finance, to solve complex business problems
- Research & Voice of the Customer (25% of time)
- Set the direction, coordinate and provide hands-on support when needed to Consumer Research pieces, internal data deep-dives and market trends analyses
- Provide insight-based recommendations to steer our value proposition and our continuous improvement roadmap across multiple functions - and drive some of the initiatives!
- Strategy and Special Projects (10% of time)
- Be the right hand of the Spain Managing Directors to take the lead on cross-functional high-priority projects, depending on business needs
- Bachelor or Master’s degree from a top-tier college or university, preferably in business, management, or a related field
- 4-5 years relevant working experience in a strategy / business development, product development or similar role, ideally in high-growth scale-ups. Strategy consulting experience is a plus if combined with a few years of the former
- High caliber profile: you are a fast learner, top performer and want to take on a new exciting challenge
