About the Role

We seek a skilled Production Graphic Designer to join our team, working closely with our sales department & collaborating with the design team. This role involves creating visually compelling 1-pagers, guides, and presentations aligned with our brand standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, proficiency in design tools like Figma & Google Workspace, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team to produce high-quality, impactful materials.

Responsibilities

  • 2+ years of working at an agency or in-house
  • Design and Production of Sales Materials: Create and maintain high-quality 1-pagers, brochures, guides, presentations, and other sales collateral.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and develop materials that effectively communicate product value propositions and key messages.
  • Brand Adherence: Ensure all materials are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity by working closely with the brand design team.
  • Template Development: Design and update templates for presentations, event materials and other documents that can be used by the sales & event teams for various client engagements.
  • Content Adaptation: Adapt and customize existing materials to meet specific sales or client needs, ensuring all content is relevant and tailored to the audience.
  • Proofing and Editing: Review and edit all materials for accuracy, consistency, and quality before final production and distribution.
  • Feedback Integration: Receive and incorporate feedback from the sales team and other stakeholders to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design materials.
  • File Management and Organization: Maintain an organized library of all design files, templates, and assets for easy access by the sales and marketing teams.
