Production Support Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join Hellofresh as a Production Support Technician. You be to be the first point of contact for technical support for our distribution centre based in Banbury. You will also be responsible for completing reactive and preventative works across the site, reporting defects to contractors, assisting contractors and keeping up to date on tickets raised on our CMMS system.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Helpdesk and ticket management for the distribution centre 
  • End-user device support (PCs, tech devices, and office applications)
  • Server support (Windows, Linux, VMware, O365, AD, DNS, DHCP)
  • Additional business support (Building management systems)
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) 
  • Record completed PPMs within the maintenance manual and CMMS system.
  • Identify any defects that arise whilst completing the PPMs and undertake rectifications, including recording of actions taken within the maintenance manual and CMMS system
  • Be available on call for any emergency issues on a rota basis

Who You Are:

  • Support experience with Office365 administration, MS Office, Windows & Linux servers, VMWare, PC hardware/software maintenance, and networking.
  • Desire to learn and grow in the field
  • Patient and personable with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a flexible "can-do" attitude
  • You will have the ability to work alone and work methodically to fault find
  • Energy, enthusiasm, commitment and a can-do flexible attitude
  • Ability to learn quickly and think independently
  • Be available to be on a callout rota
  • Previous experience using a CMMS system

Location: The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD 

Work Schedule: 40 hours a week, shift patterns including either a saturday or sunday
