Productivity Analyst - 12 Month FTC

This role in a nutshell:
This is a central role to deliver positive change within the Platforms technology team and across OVO. Our aim is to continue to grow and improve the digital experience we offer to over 10,000 people delivering plan zero. Central to this is understanding business teams challenges and leveraging integration and automation to drive maximum efficiency for our people, process and tech.
Your key outcomes will be to:
- Create and maintain business process models and measures
- Conduct data analysis and utilise these insights to recommend changes
- Translate business problem statements into technical requirements for engineering teams.
- Organise and plan workload to enable team members to successfully deliver fixed outcome initiative projects alongside agile continuous improvement work.
- Measure results from recent people, process and technology changes.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

We’ll pay you between £35,000 and £45,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us!
