What you’ll be spending your time on:  

  • Economic Optimization: Analyze and optimize economic models to ensure maximum profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Cashback Operations: Oversee the operations of our cashback programs, ensuring efficient processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Growth customer support: collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions for complex customers.
  • Growth Initiatives: Lead and manage ongoing product led growth initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our card products

Have you done this kind of stuff? 

  • Experience in executing product initiatives and driving experimentation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, developing product hypotheses with creativity to look at problems from new angles and understanding the results.
  • strong business acumen and the ability to align product strategies with business goals
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, operations, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of leading growth initiatives and optimizing economic models.
  • Experience in managing customer operations and support, particularly in complex scenarios.
  • Knowledge of PLG principles and experience in implementing PLG strategies is highly desirable.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and the ability to work effectively with marketing, IT, GTM and regions
