Products Research Director

What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Lead and Scale a Global Research Team: Manage and mentor a team of qualitative and quantitative researchers across multiple regions.
- Develop Research Methodologies: Define frameworks for customer research, ensuring a mix of qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral insights.
- Implement Research Tools & Processes: Select and integrate best-in-class research tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Drive Customer Insights: Deliver actionable insights to product teams, marketing, sales, and leadership to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Influence Decision-Making: Partner with stakeholders across the company to embed research into decision-making at all levels.
- Champion a Customer-Centric Culture: Advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are central to our product and business strategies.
Have you done this kind of stuff?
- Proven experience leading research teams, preferably in a fintech, SaaS, or product-led organization.
- Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong ability to translate complex research findings into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Experience with UX research, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Familiarity with research tools like Qualtrics, UserTesting, UnitQ, or similar platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive alignment across teams.
