Program and Business Operations Lead

The Community You Will Join:
- As the Program and Business Operations Lead you'll ll be playing a pivotal part in scaling our Co-Hosting program.
- Working in iteration mode, you feel comfortable with a variety of go to market strategy definitions and execution, familiar with sales methodologies, best practices, sales metrics and cycles and supporting the day to day of the CPG (Community Powered Growth) Team and business priorities.
- You will partner with cross functional partners, on multiple initiatives from delivering on centrally run strategic programs to defining and executing content and training that will accelerate Airbnb’s growth.
- You will report to the Director of Program and Business Operations.
The Difference You Will Make:
- Analyze Co-hosting marketplace dynamics and present analysis, insights and actionable plans to Airbnb senior leadership team to drive key business decisions.
- Proactively identify opportunities and perform root cause analyses that would result in material impact to the program.
- Support the relevant XFN teams in delivering against expansion plans by coaching, facilitating and equipping them with the appropriate information, tools and training to achieve targets
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the field team initiatives, and make recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights
- Garner a deep understanding of program risks and opportunities and translate them with them into solutions, improve processes, and workflows across internal teams.
A Typical Day:
- Program management duties; managing large, complex programs and driving change.
- A self-motivated leader that thrives in ambiguity and in a matrix environment.
- Bringing your expert analytical skills to gather, identity, and provide insights to help go to market.
Your Expertise:
- 10+ years of work experience, preferably with combined exposure to consulting, project management or business operations/analytics in dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
- Expertise with SQL, Excel, Google Docs, Salesforce CRM, and other technology solutions for driving operational execution.
- A world class written and verbal communicator with the ability to present at all levels of an organization in a succinct, clear and eloquent manner.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems.
- A proven track record of being able to influence and rally diverse stakeholders against a common mission or goal using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Ability to not only dive into details to drive execution but also zoom out to contextualize specific recommendations/initiatives within the broader company strategy.
- Ability to multi-task by prioritizing work and coordinating required support across various functions to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to document processes & decisions made.
- Experience implementing and scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teams.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments.

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
Pay Range$160,000—$194,500 USD
