✅The Role

As the Director Program Management: Product, you will have the opportunity to lead the programs that have a huge impact for our clients, our company, and for the overall industry as we develop and launch products that will redefine the industry.

Working closely with the SVP Product Management, Brand & Content Protection, you will drive key initiatives including the implementation of business partnerships, product management long-range planning, resource planning, new product business case development, product launches, and facilitate cross functional programs related to product operations and key feature rollouts. This is a pivotal role with high visibility not a box ticker.

  

✅Responsibilities and Duties

You'll spend your time as below

This is a hands on role working directly with stakeholder in product management and cross-functional teams. You must be prepared to roll-up your sleeves, be hands on, collaborate, and manage through influence.

 

Drive programs related to 3rd party partners

  • Establish ways of working for configuration, customization, and support
  • Develop onboarding processes across companies
  • Oversee the overall program e.g. not looking at each client / project, but focusing on the total relationship, identifying systemic issues and opportunities to accelerate value to clients, lower costs, and ensure the companies are working as intended

 

Lead the Product Team’s projects related to process and operational efficiency

  • Coordinate with project leads to plan the work and ensure adherence to the plan
  • Escalate risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Identify gaps across functions and help the teams to engage effectively with stakeholders required to deliver results

 

Coordinate long range planning partnering with Product Directors and the SVP of product to drive the program gaining backing from cross-functional teams and enabling resource planning for H2, 2025 and beyond

  • Establish the process to determine costs and timings
  • Assess resource options
  • Work with commercial teams to assess sales projections
  • Partner with finance to validate business cases integrating costs and projection into the budget process

 

Own the planning and coordination for product launches

  • Accountable for the overall plan
  • Responsible for delivering product’s artifacts to the process and teams who need inputs downstream
  • Consult with stakeholder in marketing, sales enablement, client management, and account management to ensure we go to market smoothly for early adoption, client value creation, and to drive revenue for Corsearch

 

Create partnerships across Corsearch and with key clients to ensure we have the right inputs to product development

  • Coordinate product’s interactions with the Client Advisory Board
  • Establish early adopter programs for key initiatives
  • Drive processes that make it easier to engage with product (inbound and outbound)

 

✅Essential

  • Serious project management skills – not theory, not templates, and frameworks alone - but actual ability to lead, problem solve, and add value to the teams you lead/serve
  • Strategic thinking is key as you’ll be a key member of the team helping to determine what moves forward, priorities, etc. not just tracking what others are doing
  • You are tough, but fair – we need the right balance of accountability and collaboration to deliver to our clients, stakeholders, and ensure the ROI for our projects is delivered
  • Ability to spin many plates and adapt when needed – maintaining focus when there is a lot to do but also making sure that when things change everyone understands the evolution in strategy and delivery.
  • Great collaboration and communication skills – you’ll be comfortable talking to a variety of audiences, facilitating workshops, and staying ahead of communications for those not “in the room”
  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation – you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment and push through barriers when they appear.
