About the role

We’re looking for a Recruiting Program Manager to lead internal education, training, and operational readiness across our recruiting function. You’ll focus on enabling recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and cross-functional teams to operate with clarity, consistency, and confidence throughout the hiring process.

This role blends learning & development with recruiting operations. You’ll design and scale programs that train employees on how to effectively engage with recruiting—from building job descriptions to running interviews to making final decisions. If you’re energized by building structured learning systems and creating shared understanding across fast-moving teams, we’d love to work with you.

At Applied Intuition, you will:
  • Design and deliver internal training programs for:
    • Recruiter onboarding and upskilling
    • Interviewer training and performance calibration
    • Hiring manager enablement sessions (intake, leveling, feedback, etc.)
  • Create scalable content and documentation including:
    • Hiring manager guides
    • Role scoping templates
    • Candidate evaluation frameworks
    • Interview debrief SOPs
  • Partner with recruiting leadership to identify skill gaps, rollout training initiatives, and measure effectiveness
  • Educate cross-functional teams (e.g. engineers, PMs, designers) on how to partner effectively with recruiting
  • Own and manage a central knowledge hub (Confluence) for recruiting processes, playbooks, and guides
  • Support consistent adoption of recruiting systems, tools, and best practices across teams
  • Collaborate with other recruiting program managers (e.g. tech stack, process design) to ensure learning programs are fully integrated into the broader hiring infrastructure
We're looking for someone who has:
  • 3+ years of experience in L&D, recruiting enablement, talent development, or a similar internal-facing program role
  • A passion for teaching others and creating scalable learning experiences
  • Strong program management skills—you can take an initiative from concept to delivery
  • Clear writing and documentation skills, especially for operational audiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally and driving alignment among diverse stakeholders
  • A systems mindset and a desire to create structure, consistency, and clarity at scale
Nice to have:
  • Experience enabling fast-growing technical organizations
  • Background in recruiting operations or HR business partnering
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles or adult learning theory
  • Hands-on experience using Confluence, LMS tools, or knowledge base platforms
  • Understanding of interview lifecycle, leveling frameworks, and candidate evaluation practices

The salary range for this position is $108,312 - $147,218 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.

Don’t meet every single requirement? If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
