As a Program Manager on the Da Vinci Engineering team you would implement processes, project delivery tools, and agile best practices to drive operational efficiency & coordination across the scaling Da Vinci Engineering, Product & Design teams. Empowering our team to plan and deliver on our roadmap initiatives effectively and efficiently. 

Responsibilities:

Program Management

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, design and product management teams to define project goals, deliverables, and targeted timelines that support roadmap objectives
  • Facilitate meaningful discussions to assess delivery progress, dependencies, and risk mitigation for assigned projects
  • Provide guidance and support to project leaders in project execution, ensuring adherence to agreed upon processes and timelines
  • Validating financial allocation of ongoing Engineering projects
  • Managing the accuracy & parity between product roadmap and project delivery tools

Process Improvement/Change Management

  • Implement, maintain, and adapt established tools, processes, and agile best practices used for coordination across the Engineering, Product and Design teams
  • Support the rollout of applicable agile best practices during team events such as stand up, refinement, sprint-planning, and retrospective
  • Facilitate continuous improvement of engineering processes through gathering internal and external feedback
  • Establish accountability for required process changes, collaborate with team to prioritize and implement implement improvements iteratively

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working directly with agile software development teams
  • Project/Program Management Experience - Project planning, project documentation, tracking progress, stakeholder management
  • Change Management/Process Improvement Experience - Has established, monitored and adapted process changes in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive change across a scaling cross functional team
  • Preferred Certification with Agile Framework(s) or proven experience working directly with agile software development teams
  • Proficient in the use of scrum/kanban tools, eg Shortcut, Jira
