We are looking for a Program Manager Operations

Role Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented administrator to manage and optimize our Atlassian suite (Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Product Discovery). This role blends administration, operations, and project management, ensuring smooth day-to-day usage, supporting R&D teams, and driving efficient processes for product planning, KPI tracking, and agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Atlassian Administration: Manage Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Product Discovery, including fields, workflows, automations, complex configurations, schemes, and user management.
  • User Support & Operations: Act as the daily point of contact for R&D team leads and other Jira users, resolve issues, and ensure operational continuity.
  • KPI Tracking & Reporting: Define, track, and analyze KPIs for R&D teams. Manage reporting dashboards and automated notifications to improve visibility and accountability.
  • Agile & Process Ownership: Support agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ensure operational alignment across teams. Continuously improve workflows and operational processes.
  • Product Planning Operations: Own monthly product planning iterations. Scheduling, preparing decks, managing participants, facilitating meetings, and documenting.
  • Design and Product Tools Management: Oversee design and product tool administration, including permissions, renewals, vendor communication, and ongoing support.
  • Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring tasks are tracked, manage dependencies, identify risks, ensure delivery against timelines, and lead projects from start to end (coping, planning, execution, tracking, and closure)
  • Operational Excellence: Proactively identify inefficiencies, standardize practices, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with organizational processes.

Requirements:

  • Get things done approach and proactive problem solving mindset
  • Must have proven experience administering Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Product Discovery
  • Strong understanding of agile methodology and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Solid project management skills - able to lead projects end-to-end and deliver cross-team initiatives
  • Excellent operational, organizational, and communication skills, ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes, enforce consistency, and maintain high operational standards
