THE ROLE Join us as a strategic architect for our Global Supply Chain team, where you will act as a pivotal internal consultant designing the network of the future. In this high-visibility position, you will utilize cutting-edge modeling software to drive network optimization, expansion plans, and "what-if" analyses. You will transform complex data into actionable strategies, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to influence key decisions that scale our global operations and ensure business continuity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the strategic design and optimization of Pure’s Global Supply Chain Network by developing comprehensive scenarios and tradeoff analyses that directly inform expansion plans and operational efficiency.
- Drive end-to-end supply chain transformation projects from inception to closure, navigating ambiguity to establish clear objectives, manage budgets, and deliver results across cross-functional teams.
- Own the integrity of network modeling by supervising data wrangling and cleansing activities, while establishing a robust governance framework for data gathering to support accurate decision-making.
- Act as the Network Design tool expert for HQ, performing model adjustments and running scenario trade-off to drive strategic decision, independent of the primary offshore architecture team.
- Identify and assess critical supply chain risks, implementing effective mitigation projects and maintaining comprehensive documentation to ensure organizational resilience and financial accountability.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Mfg Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain network design and modeling, with proficiency in optimization software (such as AIMMS) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel) to translate data into business insights.
- Proven ability to lead complex supply chain transformation projects, utilizing methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or JIRA to manage scope, schedules, and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders to drive clarity and consensus.
- In-depth knowledge of high-technology contract manufacturing, global logistics, and trade compliance, enabling you to anticipate challenges and optimize network performance.
