Program Manager for Transformation Office

The Program Manager will provide strategic direction, oversight, and coordination across various projects and initiatives owned by the Transformation Office. They will ensure cross-functional alignment, manage resources effectively, mitigate risks, and drive progress towards success pillar 1: simplifying our business. They will foster collaboration among stakeholders, manage dependencies, and facilitate communication to ensure all stakeholders are engaged, consulted and informed. Ultimately, the Program Manager will act as the orchestrator of various initiatives, setting the pace and ensuring the success of the program.

Things You’ll Do
- Ensure Successful Implementation of Transformation Initiatives: Set key objectives and success measures for each of the initiatives
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration and Alignment: Identify key cross-functional stakeholders and establish the right touchpoints and processes to drive collaboration and alignment
- Mitigate Risks: Identify and anticipate potential risks and issues and work with relevant stakeholders on remedial actions
- Drive Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure continuous stakeholder buy-in and involvement
- Deliver Tangible Business Outcomes and Value: Ensure performance tracking mechanisms are in place to measure and report on the benefits of the implemented changes
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Track record of managing and delivering complex transformation programs
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Ability to take complex asks and break them up into manageable and clear tasks and deliverables
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders
