About the Role

The Program Analyst for the Executive Sponsorship Program (ESP) will support Okta's growth by empowering our Customer Success (CS) team to excel in their roles, facilitating connections between Okta executives and top-priority accounts, and collaborating with CS leadership to capitalize on strategic opportunities. 

As a Program Analyst, you will have a measurable impact on both our customers and team by engaging with various cross-functional groups within Okta, including Marketing, Business Technology, Business Operations, Customer Success, and Sales. You will enhance our enablement for Customer Success and Executives regarding the Executive Sponsorship Program by optimizing content and designing tailored learning journeys, thereby maximizing customer success and value.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with CSMs to build customer empathy and develop data-driven solutions to address challenges and opportunities.
  • Create and maintain training materials and Highspot content for the Customer Success team, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information & resources regarding ESP.
  • Analyze data and identify trends related to ESP, providing actionable insights to enhance the CSM/Exec experience.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Plan and facilitate executive sponsor fireside chats, creating a platform for peer learning, knowledge sharing, and best practice exchange among executive sponsors.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify new tools, technologies, and software solutions to streamline processes, enhance data analysis capabilities, and improve the overall user experience.
  • Develop a database of persona based insights for executive personas at our customers. Okta executives will access this resource to keep current on their aligned persona’s top of mind.

Qualifications

  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and be curious
  • Demonstrate commitment to operational excellence and and continuous improvement to build insights and recommendations
  • Strong proficiency with google suite (e.g., slides, docs, sheets)

 

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:$82,000—$122,000 USD The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $102,000—$152,000 USD
