As a Programme Coordinator, you will support the Delivery team to better control and monitor projects, with a view to improving conversion of hours, gaining exposure to the work, how we run projects, the different teams at AKQA and knowledge of the digital industry.

Located in Berlin as part of the AKQA team, you will work in an environment that fosters a dynamic and meritocratic culture, surrounded by some of the brightest minds in their fields.

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Support mid and senior level Project Managers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Assist with project kickoffs, building timelines and detailed project plans.
  • Act as point of contact for Creatives and other internal stakeholders at a project and programme-level.
  • Manage and maintain internal documentation (including burn reports, project tracking, status updates, etc.)
  • Assist in developing presentation decks; proofing throughout the process.
  • Track Client feedback during live creative reviews.
  • Supports the Resource Management Team and Finance Department with miscellaneous tasks (timesheets, resource allocations and availability, invoicing, 3rd parties management, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiencies from start to finish.

  • Problem-solving and good self-organisation.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with the Project and Account Management teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire and work alongside a variety of people and disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of  MS Office and Google Suite.
