- You are an advocate for promoting positive sustainable behaviours and able to put a sustainability lens on the strategic and creative process.
- You will be open and willing to attend Change the Brief training and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
- Shape and execute programmes and processes that positively impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our delivery
- Act as one single global point of contact to drive the changes and ensure the team are activating the programme, whilst looking ahead to future phases of optimisation
- Identify and execute operational best practices across the account in close alignment with the Global Operations Director
- Contribute to strategic and executional excellence, working in close partnership with creatives, producers, account leadership, and clients to ensure work achieves business and brand objectives
- Constantly reviews all WOW documentation per market to ensure the teams are being consistent and they are following best practise
- Own KPI tracking and ensure KPIs are followed
- Promote continual operational improvement, and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability
- Drive and connect earlier visibility on campaign activation across markets
- Manage the set-up of Box and ensure the teams are utilising the API to OMG effectively
- Develop relationships with technology departments and become an expert to implement new tools
- Run new implementations alongside the wider team to ensure standard client processes are implemented, correct tools are put in place and that the implementation is delivered smoothly
- Understand and support the NOVA integration and how this impacts the client
- Drive automation usage across the client's teams
- Drive the connection between CAM ADs/AMs and language linguists in market and implement a process that allows us to track and enforce it reporting back to the team and the clients on the benefits of the connects
- Analytical support to data team, identifying where we can improve our data to fulfil the needs of the client and the account
- Sat within the global team to lead across all regions, with additional responsibility of supporting local market relationships (where relevant and required)

- Enhance global campaign visibility and identify efficiency opportunities as a result of earlier visibility
- Build and enforce stronger connection between markets and teams
- Support the reduction of silo between CAM and language
- Efficiency and automation driving and support to Global Delivery Director role
