Why we need you

We have a new role opening up, where we are looking for an experienced Content Manager to work closely with our product teams and one of our biggest clients to produce and manage content across an annual 10 month programme that helps marketers become an expert in their field. 

You will join a Phantom product team that consists of producers, designers, copywriters and developers constantly  delivering a growing programme. 

You will work closely with the different teams on our client side to organise multiple locale markets across EMEA, to organise and strategise their content through livestream events and on-demand videos across the course of the programme to ensure the end users are engaged and encourage repeat visits to the platform. 

Your focus areas

Content Management

  • Work directly and communicate regularly with clients, partners and stakeholders. 
  • Ensure content is created and published within the agreed scheduled timeframes.
  • Identifying and creating ways of working that improve the content collation process with the client teams, through to the end user consumption.
  • Creating and maintaining content timelines and schedules.
  • Setting up and running livestream events through YouTube.
  • Manage conflicting demands efficiently and effectively.
  • Actively identify and suggest improvements to the product for future programmes.
  • Demonstrate great communication skills with both external client and internal Phantom teams.
  • Provide clear rationale and supporting data to justify recommendations. 
  • Think both small and big picture (sometimes both at the same time). This means understanding the client's overall long-term challenges as well as the immediate ones. 
  • When necessary, think operationally and do everything in your power to ensure we deliver.
  • Update and maintain CMS and project documentation.
  • Be incredible at sharing results and successes with both the team and client.
  • Escalate any issues of concern in a timely manner.
  • Managing a more junior team member to support you in your role and delegate relevant tasks.
  • Excellent abilities to turn functional copy into engaging content to improve digital engagement for the marketers.
  • Understand the target audience and the importance of user experience lead content.
  • An exceptional eye for details and accuracy. 
Your credentials
  • Experience working with content management systems and Google Analytics.
  • Experience working on website content management across multiple markets and locales. 
  • Proven successful work reporting directly to clients and managing internal cross-functional teams.
  • Examples of past successful work.
  • Experience across agency or in house marketing environments.
  • At least 5 years experience as a Content Manager.

This role may include other duties and responsibilities from time to time and may be subject to review and amends to reflect any changing needs of the business.
