We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Project Management Intern to join our innovative team. As a disruptor in the industry, we are dedicated to redefining the housing experience through flexible and tailored solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate Independently: Manage the onboarding of single apartments and the launch of small buildings autonomously, contributing to our growth trajectory.
• Project Oversight: Be involved in the entire planning and development process of our projects, playing a key role in shaping the future of flexible housing.
• Detail-Oriented Execution: Handle tasks related to building specifications, handover & quality protocols, and project setups & documentation with precision.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct budget and process analysis, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external service providers to optimize financial efficiency.
• Collaborative Work: Work closely with the Design and Procurement teams, steering projects and tasks toward success within our evolving environment.
• Innovate and Optimize: Perform functional and strategic analysis, set benchmarks, and define interfaces to continually optimize process requirements.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare, report, track, and document project processes and tasks for transparency and accountability.

Your Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction & Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good grasp of project development and its intersections, with a passion for driving projects from inception to success.
• Quick learner, thriving under pressing deadlines and changing priorities in our dynamic environment.
• Proficient user of Excel and Google Sheets, project plans (Gantt Charts), as well as other tools to drive project success.
• A pragmatic mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective prioritization skills.
• Fluent in English with clear communication skills, ready to collaborate with diverse teams in our globally connected environment.
