Glovo is building the future of cities by enabling anyone to get any product from any store in their city delivered in minutes. Our goal is to provide on-demand delivery infrastructure for every city in the world.

As a Partner Support Project Manager you will learn and acquire capabilities on how to prioritize, plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects. You will be defining projects from definition to closure, even defining the best processes for every case. We are seeking a very hands-on person who has interest and some knowledge about the project management topic and that wants to grow in that area in a firm that provides a huge opportunity of facing new projects every single day.

THE JOURNEY

  • Define new project opportunities based on a good understanding of the department needs 
  • Participate in the meetings with the stakeholders involved to ensure all the requirements and needs are met
  • Take a data-driven approach to manage projects and drive insights
  • Manage all aspects of the project: planning, implementation, monitoring, operational issues, tracking, completion, follow-up
  • Drive improvement on processes and system to meet our goals
  • Find work-arounds, be creative and prioritize when things are tough
  • Work closely with cross functional teams that need to be engaged and motivated to fulfill the project needs
  • Communicate and align stakeholders to ensure the success of the project 
  • Ensure that the solution/approach taken by the project is global and benefits most of our hubs and agents

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor degree in Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent 
  • +3 years experience on project management
  • Experience on fast-growing companies is a plus
  • Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work efficiently with limited supervision
  • Ease in learn fast and adapt yourself to different business situations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Advanced level in English (written and spoken)
  • Great team player
