About the role

The Regional / International Project Manager will be a core member of Crunchyroll's growth marketing and regional marketing teams. This position will play a pivotal role in centralizing Crunchyroll's creative asset management for their respective agencies' paid media activations. The ideal candidate will work international hours (US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) in order to ensure that media agency fulfillment is met and will have a hybrid location via Culver City office / Work-from-Home. The Project Manager will be the key liaison between Crunchyroll's internal teams and the media agency's regional teams or affiliate agencies in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC markets.

This role is responsible for troubleshooting asset related issues as well as identifying workflow optimizations to continue streamlining the end-to-end asset fulfillment workflow globally (UCANZ, EMEA, LATAM).

• Key point of contact for all international / local affiliates of our global media agency
• Liaison between Crunchyroll Program / Sr. Project Manager and agency's regional/local teams
• Manage asset requests, distribution and delivery across various platforms, regions and teams
• Troubleshoot asset related issues as well as identifying workflow optimizations to continue streamlining processes and asset delivery
• Maintaining standardization and nomenclature for the classification of assets
• Coordinating specs across various mediums and regions
• Lead ongoing team meetings and operations across teams
• Develop effective strategies for global consistency in processes and asset sharing
• Champion global workflow processes related to asset management, taxonomy, localization and final deliveries

In the role of Project Manager, you will report to the Marketing Project Manager.

About You

• Deep understanding of creative specs across OOH, digital and (C)TV
• Have prior experience with Project Management systems and tools
• Prior success in overseeing complex and global marketing projects

About the Team

The Growth Marketing team is responsible for user acquisition and paid media across Crunchyroll brands. Our mission is to deliver premium video experiences to passionate fans. We strive to meet this mission in all marketing campaigns, and partner closely with creative, content, audience development, product, and analytics teams to do so. We deploy a high 8-figure budget against a wide array of paid marketing channels to drive conversion, brand awareness, and new users; and we manage lifecycle communication designed to engage, retain, and up sell our existing users.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
