Opportunity Statement
This full-time position requires the candidate to be physically in the office 3 days a week (on a hybrid schedule).
The candidate will go through Ivalua’s certification process to learn the Product.
They will oversee streamlining and supervising the execution of AMER project portfolio, thus having experience working on SQL and other databases, including software configuration would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor the overall project plan for multiple projects concurrently, coordinating the internal stakeholders/contributors and considering client constraints.
- Staff the resources to ensure proper project execution.
- Participate to feeding the project pipe by promoting and advocating the team activity to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Actively work and communicate with the internal stakeholders (Run, Upgrade, Professional Services, CSM, etc.) along all the project phases, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
- Identify and lower risks by proposing mitigation plans if needed, and in order to avoid crisis.
- Communicating with the client regarding project execution progress, risks and costs. Raising alerts and reducing escalations.
- Propose orientations to streamline and industrialize further the team operations
Skills Required:
- 3 years of proven track record of successful project management, including managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g. PMP certification and/or strong professional experience in configurable SaaS solution project management) as well as experience in managing cross-functional and multi-cultural teams
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to cleverly manage client relationships (operational and strategic vision), self-driven, results oriented, strong leadership, diplomacy, and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, ensuring successful delivery of all projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Be a facilitator, constantly looking for solutions and improvements.
- Interest in technical solutions and hands on experience
- 5+ years’ experience in web-based software deployment processes
- Appetite for functional and technical solutions
- Ability to work logically under pressure.
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as computer science, engineering, or business administration.
