As a Project Manager, you will partner with our existing client and delivery teams to build award-winning solutions and solve business problems creatively. You will be adept at managing a wide array of stakeholders, internal and external, while consistently ensuring that projects meet all scope, time and budget requirements.

Role Requirements

  • Successfully deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across UX, Design, Strategy and Engineering.
  • Build understanding of the client's business and identify & agree on success metrics to ensure alignment towards goals
  • Balance client demands with project realities and close the loop on open issues in a timely manner
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
  • Manage expectations proactively, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience in running large-scale enterprise projects in a distributed delivery mode using agile methodologies
  • Deep knowledge of using tools like Jira & Confluence to monitor and report project progress
  • Use AKQA systems & processes to create, monitor & report delivery and financial metrics
  • Knowledge of project estimation techniques such as WBS, FP, etc
  • Should have experience in Sprint & Release Management
  • Effectively manage people management, drive collaboration and handle team conflicts
  • Effectively manage Scope, Cost and Time through diligent tracking of progress, change requests and team productivity
  • Experience working in a geographically diverse environment

 Qualifications and Characteristics

  • 10+ years of industry experience.
  • Possess good business and commercial acumen and sound judgement.
  • Strong customer service ethos, committed to quality, with the will to drive improvements.
  • Possess strong sense of personal responsibility for own and team’s work, and will proactively assist to ensure delivery of highest quality work within required timeframes (no matter the situation).
  • Possess great written and verbal communication skills
