Allconnect is a one stop marketplace for customers looking for home services such as TV, internet and home security. We work closely with our utility partners to connect customers to the best plan or service to meet their needs. As a Project Manager on the Allconnect Utility team, you will work closely with our partners, operations team, account management team, sales leadership, sales center, engineering team and compliance team to resolve a variety of issues and requests. Your career as a Project Manager will help you develop relationship management, problem solving skills, technology acumen, and exposure to working with multiple position groups within Red Ventures. 

What You'll Do

  • Communicate with internal and external technical teams to build required offer changes and system work to ensure we stay compliant and up to date with the partners current needs and builds. 
  • Systems Trouble-Shooting/Problem Solving: 
  • Work with our internal and external stakeholders to research system issues to identify trends and propose/ implement potential solutions 
  • Ensure all product information is kept current  
  • Encourage system accuracy by promoting escalation protocols 
  • Launch new product/provider and provide support 
  • Communicate promotional updates and system changes to Sales Center 
  • Identify opportunities to optimize our telecommunications system to maximize revenue and profit contributions 
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within scope. 
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed 
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders 
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to appropriate management channels. 
  • Oversee and manage the SaaS onboarding process 
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with Engineering, Product, and PM teams to successfully onboard SaaS clients. 
  • Identify and work through technical roadblocks preventing clients from meeting PCI requirements 
  • Lead client implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, including planning and managing training resources. 

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficient with MS Office products (Excel and PowerPoint) 
  • Project Management Tools knowledge is a plus (Asana and Atlassian Confluence)  
  • Demonstrated track record of success 
  • Genuine interest or experience in improving sales processes (relevant internship or work experience a plus) 
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and flexible 
  • Motivated, self-starter 
  • This position requires a progressive, on-the-spot, creative problem solver 
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills 
  • Knowledge of JIRA is a plus 

Compensation

  • Cash Compensation Range: $55,000-$70,000 *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
