We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Project Manager to join our team for an initial period of 12 months. Given our growth trajectory, it is likely this will extend into an unlimited contract

We are Raisin Bank AG, a dynamic and innovative bank with a full banking license that acts as a service bank for numerous FinTechs and start-ups. Since 2019, the owner has been Raisin GmbH, which is known and successful under the Weltsparen brand and has been supported by us since the market launch.

With our Banking-as-a-Service model, we enable our partners to implement business models that require a banking license, banking infrastructure and banking expertise. We develop tailor-made products for our clients and help solve regulatory, supervisory, legal and compliance topics.

Raisin Bank has been growing organically and inorganically over the past 4 years. Many growth efforts have led to competitive products, service offers, new customers and commercial growth. Currently, the bank aims at improving its stringent and scalable capability to grow and professionalize internal organization, process and program management. 

The organizational unit “Transformation and Change Management“ organizes and facilitates  this process and capability building.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will manage complex projects, by proactively managing stakeholders, budgets and timelines and providing efficient and useful communication, documentation and project management structure and process that fuels successful collaboration of stakeholders

  • You act as a risk identifier, risk manager and risk mitigator, ensuring transparency and fostering communication and alignment within and around the organization

  • You will work with our external partners and our internal departments

  • You accompany the change management in the introduction of new functionalities and processes

  • As the main person responsible for the projects, you will work closely with the senior management of the bank to successfully complete the projects

  • You will support teams in orchestrating the enhancement of Raisin Bank processes 

  • To infuse compassion and enthusiasm in the organization: they are a force of positivity and optimism through a realistic mindset, and keen to trigger better-never-best performance

  • Connecting to OKRs, offering support in managing the OKR lifecycle, running macro planning sessions and macro retrospectives for continuous improvement

Your Profile

  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally you have a project management certification.
  • You are experienced in successfully combining project management methods and agile software development.
  • You have relevant knowledge in the banking environment (banking / finance).
  • You bring in-depth specialist knowledge and practical experience in dealing with complex projects.
  • You already have experience with Confluence and Jira.
  • Fluent English skills and excellent communication skills
  • Ability & willingness to learn fast and pick up new things easily.
  • High commitment, very good time management, structured way of working and enjoyment of working in a team.
