The Role:
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail‑orientated Project Manager to work closely with our Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure our product delivery engine runs smoothly. You’ll bring structure, visibility, and accountability to cross‑functional initiatives that power some of our most important product outcomes. You’ll be the primary contact for client engagement and will work across multiple delivery workstreams.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a key point of coordination for client facing updates related to product delivery, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and clearly communicated.
- Translate technical or detailed information into accessible summaries for nontechnical stakeholders.

Host and organise client meetings where required to support discussions on timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery status, presenting information in a clear and confident manner.

- Ensure that PMs, engineering teams, and business stakeholders remain aligned on scope, timelines, risks, and decisions.
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders through consistent communication, proactive problem solving, and a focus on outcomes.
- Establish and own reporting frameworks, including dashboards, project updates, milestone trackers, and risk logs, to provide consistent visibility to stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and escalate appropriately
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering and other teams to ensure timely issue resolution and adherence to commitments.
- Spot gaps in processes, communication, or structure and suggest data informed improvements.
- Drive consistency and predictability across product workstreams through better documentation, repeatable processes, and smooth operational workflows.
Who You Are:
- You have experience in managing multiple workstreams and are looking for an opportunity to own the delivery in a supportive but independent environment.
- Proven track record in project or programme management within product led environments. le
- Strong organisational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban delivery methodologies and a pragmatic approach to applying structure.
- Previous experience in consulting in a client facing role in a high-growth tech company, with an execution-heavy environment
- You instinctively leverage AI technologies and tools to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making
- You are proactive and solutions focussed and confident in recommending improvements.
