ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Project Manager will a pivotal partner and help lead projects from concept to completion, building strong relationships with Business partners and internal stakeholders. The Project Manager is the key communicator on the status, risks and challenges of all the project deliverables, inclusive of budget and resources.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

This global dedicated team is comprised of project managers, creative and digital designers, developers, content strategists, copy editors and video producers. The team also partners closely with NY, Tokyo and Mumbai studios:  

  • Manage client briefs, project intake and workflow design projects efficiently
  • Work with the designers and copywriters on projects to ensure the creative is meeting the client's brief
  • Work collaboratively with the team and clients to encourage creative ideas and innovation to add value for clients to engage effectively with their target audience
  • A good appreciation of time critical deadlines within a fast-moving environment and a variety of projects at one time
  • Ensure work adheres to all best practices and within corporate brand guidelines
  • Work to continually improve knowledge of the core workflow management tool and provide any testing, piloting and support in line with business requirements
  • Ensure a smooth handover occurs between with the global creative teams
  • Anticipate potential resource issues based on pipeline, current workload and deadlines, and communicate to the Studio manager.
  • Help support managing team data and contributing towards monthly reports and trackers
  • Provide general administrative support to the team with day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc projects as necessary

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • Excellent client engagement skills and the ability to proactively organise clients, building strong and effective working relationships
  • Ability to host clear, efficient and productive project meetings throughout different stages of the project
  • Ability to prioritise work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable communicating with senior level clients to capture the brief and understand their goals
  • Must be self-motivated and have a high level of detail with strong administrative skills
  • Basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud apps: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working in a workflow management tool
  • Financial services or similar environment experience an advantage
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in:EventsPrintDigital Marketing projects
