Our Talent Operations team is the heartbeat of our People and Places function, responsible for building global, scalable tools, systems, processes, and dashboards that support our employees at every stage of their employee journey. We are helping transform the way that the People and Places Team delivers service to employees. As a Project Manager, you will partner with Global Strategy, Centers of Excellence, and HR Business Partners to support the execution of global expansion.

 

This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland. The onsite expectation for this role is two days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

 

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Oversee the end-to-end project execution of global expansion initiatives. Develop detailed plans and proactively mitigate risks to ensure successful market entry.
  • Coordinate all project tasks; break down complex projects into manageable components, assign tasks to appropriate team members, establish clear timelines, and maintain constant communication to ensure seamless workflow and progress.
  • Track project progress against established milestones and deliverables. Prepare regular status updates to identify potential issues and take corrective actions proactively.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within the designated timeframes. This requires proactive scheduling, resource optimization, and effective time management to avoid delays and ensure project completion within budget and schedule.
  • Navigate and collaborate effectively with partners, foster strong relationships while managing high-stakes work. This entails adept communication, conflict resolution, and strategic negotiation to achieve project goals and navigate complex dynamics.

 

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management in a global environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to coordinate tasks, track progress, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • A resourceful and responsible mindset, investigating underlying issues and leveraging data to solve complex problems.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, gathering information, considering multiple options, and taking a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • The capacity to build collaborative partnerships across teams, providing relevant context and data to gain alignment.
  • A proactive approach to drive action and achieve meaningful results, understanding expectations and challenging the status quo.
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity effectively, proactively identifying risks and handling challenging situations constructively.
  • Accountability for delivering results and consistently seeking performance feedback.
  • A customer-focused mindset, considering metrics and best practices when making decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and manage conflict, and clearly communicate appropriate messages with confidence.

  • Experience in global expansion initiatives or human resources.
  • A track record of challenging assumptions and building on others' ideas to find new solutions.
  • The ability to engage cross-functional teams for a broader perspective when solving challenges.
