We are looking for Project Managers who have the know-how and skills to work hands-on and who can manage the creative process from ideation to execution; managing scopes, budgets and timing. Sometimes you’ll be leading a team of designers to make a volume of memes and GIFs that’ll make people laugh and cry. Sometimes you’ll be drafting legal contracts and budget sheets for a big campaign - every task is challenging, but highly rewarding.

The task at hand:

  • Providing strategic project planning and oversight on a variety of marketing and advertising work focused on social and digital but can also include brand creative, digital experiences, digital videos, events, 360 campaigns, etc. 
  • ​​Responsible for managing projects from pitch phase to delivery - this includes planning, organizing and leading all internal calls, supporting client partnerships on external calls, collaborating and managing all production schedules with our production team, managing budgets as well as ensuring project scope and client needs are adhered to.
  • Create budgets, project plans, and SOWs with an understanding of best practices, potential third-party capabilities, time requirements, and broader portfolio business objectives. 
  • Ensure proper creative resource allocations are accounted for based on project/task priority.
  • Work with department leads, and FinOps to assemble the best integrated teams for each assignment. 
  • Work with account leads on future needs and yearly resource planning.
  • Lead client discovery and scoping with client partnerships partner.
  • Provide weekly and or monthly creative resourcing burn reporting.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role with proven ownership over advertising projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be a proactive leader who is flexible and agile.
  • Must have the ability to think critically while being solution oriented and bringing a cool, calm and collected approach to problem solving.
  • A strong understanding in digital media from Instagram Reels to OTT Video placements.
  • Deep familiarity with social platforms (e.g., export settings, file formats, social safe zones, etc.).
  • Thrives in a company of collaborative people, but can clearly demonstrate an ability to get things done without direct supervision.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple projects.
  • Isn’t afraid to bring their passions, background, and personal experience to their work.
  • Strong understanding of agency processes, including creative production, paid media and digital builds - interest in optimizing those processes is a strong plus.
  • Experience utilizing Workfront a strong plus, but must have utilized project management tools in previous positions.
  • Contract/Scope writing experience strongly desired; OR must have high attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accurate work.
  • Familiarity with working in Google Sheets or Excel; can demonstrate at least a baseline level of working knowledge.

Base Salary$65,000—$95,000 USD
