YOUR MISSION

Join the Global Account Management Team as Top Accounts Business Analyst and become a key member of the Partners and Brands Global team, ensuring we have the best Account Management local team possible and that we implement and coordinate with the local teams all the relevant new commercial processes.. We offer a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.

THE JOURNEY

  • You will be responsible for coordinating and leading important Strategic Initiatives that will have an impact in more than 20 countries
  • You will have full responsibility over all the Commercial projects impacting AM team, such us:
    • Define and improve Account Managers Ways of working
    • Account manager internal processes: Segmentation, mapping process
    • Commercial projects: Preferred partnerships, Salesforce for AMs
  • You will need to create all the relevant dashboards, reports and playbooks needed for these new processes
  • Support the Enablement on projects that impacts AM team, such us: defining onboarding materials, tools needed for hiring processes  and trainings needed
  • Lead relationship and specific projects with some Global QSRs 
  • Develop important analysis, reports and tools for the Global QSRs and for Local Big Chains when needed
  • Be the “Go to person”/ Expert of all the AM Commercial topics related to AM world
  • Main areas of contact:

    • HQ, Regional and Local partners team
    • HQ Partners and Brands team

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Degree in Business, Business & Law or Project management 
  • + 4 year experience in Project management or as Account Manager responsable of large accounts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and commercial skills
  • Data Driven to be able to do deep dives and work on your own analysis
  • Proactive, passionate about analytic and objective focus oriented : you enjoy deep diving into problems and data to find the root cause and improve processes
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) 
  • A person who is willing to know the local culture in-depth and is capable of identifying interesting insights to improve partners' experience with Glovo.
  • Occasional traveling required. 
  • Project Management Skills is required 
  • Fluency in English is required.
