This is a full time role based in our London office.

As a member of the European Promotions team, one of our Marketing departments, you'll drive tangible results through strategic content development, cross-functional project management and revenue growth. We achieve this by staying at the forefront of innovation, leveraging market insights, and orchestrating wide collaboration across the many departments involved in our operations, from Marketing to Partner Management, to Pricing to our Creative Department.
What You'll Do- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - commercial, operations, and marketing - to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that effectively target the UK and Ireland markets across both our B2B and B2C offerings
- Execute promotions across multiple channels, platforms and departments, efficiently coordinating and project managing across an interdisciplinary set of stakeholders
- Monitor and assess the performance of promotions and merchandising strategies in each market, using the full google suite of tools and data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities and refine and enhance future campaigns
- Continuously improve with cross-functional stakeholders the processes of promotional execution to increase efficiency and revenue uplift
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovative promotions and make data-based recommendations to drive customer engagement and deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Utilise and learn Wayfair’s proprietary technology and software to create, manage and track the performance of the curations you work on.
- You are detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership, capable of proactively driving project execution and process optimization
- You have recently graduated in a quantitative or commercial field of study, such as economics, business, marketing, math, or sciences.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- You have experience with spreadsheet-based data analysis, such as Excel or Google Sheets
- You are data savvy, able to analyze and synthesize company-internal datasets as well as external information
- Experience with GBQ or other large database management systems is a plus
- You are a team player and reliable and thoughtful in managing your responsibilities
- You understand what a good customer experience looks like and have good commercial acumen
