Position Overview:
The Provisioning Analyst provides customer support as part of the Revenue Operations team, including the day-to-day management of customer order provisioning. Ideal candidates are analytical, process-oriented, energetic, and enjoy working in a high growth, data, and operationally-driven environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administration of license provisioning/de-provisioning for Federal Moderate/High customers
- Ensure complete processing of provisioning cases in line with specific SLA expectations
- Provide rapid, first-line support for sales, partners, and customers on provisioning issues
- Partner with Order Management on resolving customer contract issues
- Run audit reports to ensure provisioning compliance
- Ensure compliance with the company’s guidelines, policies, and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Customer service-oriented with a drive to solve problems.
- Solid understanding of provisioning/software licensing, including upstream/downstream activity.
- Experience with SFDC Lightning / AWS a plus but not required.
- Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with minimal direct supervision.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- This role must be based in San Francisco, CA OR Bellevue, WA
Additional requirements:
- This position requires the ability to access federal environments and/or have access to protected federal data. As a condition of employment for this position, the successful candidate must be able to submit documentation establishing U.S. Person status (e.g. a U.S. Citizen, National, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee. 22 CFR 120.15) upon hire.

Below is the annual On Target Compensation (OTE) range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual OTE, which is inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable) and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual OTE range for this position for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:$60,000—$82,000 USD The OTE range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between:$66,000—$90,000 USDWhat you can look forward to as an Okta employee!
