Responsibilities

As a PSC Agent, your primary responsibilities include executing outbound calls to new partners for device installations and providing detailed overviews of the requisite management tools. Additionally, you will manage back-office tasks, monitoring device shipments through external platforms, tracking account statuses, and monitoring daily, weekly and monthly account status reports. You must be able to communicate every day with different people, love this job and love food above all.You will work using your communication, empathy and problem solving skills. You will report to the PSC Lead and the role is based in Milan.   You are right for this job if

• You would like to work in a dynamic team where new challenges are solved every day.
• You already have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• You have excellent skills in using Apple MacOs X and Windows operating systems and Windows Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• You know how to work fast without losing accuracy.
• You have good English knowledge.
• You are available to work on shifts 5 days per week.
