The Relationship Manager promotes a positive and productive relationship with the portfolio of existing payment suppliers and evaluates new suppliers, catering to unique regulatory requirements, payment preferences, and consumer behaviours in the markets Betsson Group operates in.

The Betsson Group are looking for an experienced PSP Manager to join our rapidly expanding team based in Tallinn. The primary responsibility of the PSP Manager is to maintain and build out our payment processing capabilities in all the markets where we operate or expand.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders, including our many payment partners, to ensure we have the most streamlined and cost-effective payment solutions across all our brands and territories.

  • Maintain relationships within a portfolio of 40+ PSPs and AML/KYC service providers.
  • Assist in commercial negotiations, legal reviews, and due diligence.
  • Frequently review, analyze, and follow up on the performance of each provider to identify areas of improvement for further prioritization.
  • Follow up on new features and functionalities to assess their potential, coordinate stakeholder requirements, and further internal actions.
  • Interact with the Product Owner(s) and the dedicated external point(s) of contact representing Betsson Group’s external platform suppliers to understand, maintain, and troubleshoot various product functionalities that impact provider performance.
  • Help the organization meet the requirements of regulatory agencies, certification authorities, etc., including but not limited to assisting in internal and external audits.
  • Flag and mitigate risks to our business by performing ongoing analysis of Betsson Group’s B2B supplier relationships from operational, financial, and compliance perspectives.
  • Continuously document goals, deliverables, and operating procedures to enhance the organization’s knowledge of the payments domain.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years in account management with significant payments operations, preferably in gaming.
  • Cross-Functional Areas: Experience in key cross-functional payment areas such as risk, finance, and compliance.
Skills
  • Ability to navigate and maintain focus in uncertain situations or without complete information.
  • Solid presentation, communication, and active listening skills.
  • A highly analytical approach: ability to identify/prioritize initiatives with the highest impact.
  • Relentless customer focus: ability to view problems from the customer perspective and the drive to resolve them.
