As a Content Reviewer on the Publisher Content Review team in our Tel Aviv Office, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding Taboola’s network by driving high-quality content reviews and supporting policy compliance across multiple languages. You’ll collaborate closely with legal, policy, and business teams, use tools like Policy Guardian, and contribute to how we uphold safety and standards at scale. You’ll be part of a sharp, collaborative team, making a measurable impact from day one.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Comfortable working with sensitive and unpleasant content
  • Ability to understand contexts and see the bigger picture within the grey areas
  • Be comfortable working with data and reporting
  • Ability to make fact-based decisions quickly coupled with great attention to detail to ensure high-quality work products while being aware of constant policy changes.
  • Excellent work pacing (time management) skills, able to work independently and prioritize
  • Familiar with MS office (mainly Excel) and Google Drive tools for updating progress and have good search and navigating skills
  • Highly organized, multi-tasking, self-learning, motivated team player
  • Knowledge in SQL - advantage
  • The will and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn, learn, learn!
How you’ll make an impact:

As a Content Reviewer, you’ll bring value by:

  • Review different publishers and classify them quickly and correctly per policy
  • Use various tools to identify non-compliance issues
  • Provide suggestions to improve process and workflows
  • Work closely and independently with other departments inside Taboola including business and legal
  • Timely response to incoming requests for review, inquiries via email and ticketing system
  • Communicate urgent issues internally
  • Quickly adapt to change (new publishers, changing policies, changing workflows)
  • Communicate issues comprehensively and coherently in a formal way (verbal and written)
  • Write detailed descriptions of workflows, create informative slideshows for internal use and maintain the department’s written database.
  • Train and educate internal users regarding Pub CRT’s work, policy and workflows.
