As we continue to expand and revolutionize the delivery industry, we are seeking a talented and motivated Purchasing Analyst to join our team.

Your Mission at CYCLE

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market analysis, and business trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand product life cycles, business impact,new contracts and other factors influencing demand.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to understand their capabilities, capacity constraints, and potential for cost improvement.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Prepare and present reports to highlight key findings, trends, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the procurement function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes.
  • Analyze supplier pricing models and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
  • Evaluate total cost of ownership (TCO) for products and services, considering factors such as transportation, inventory holding costs, and quality.

Your skills and qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in purchasing or procurement roles with a focus on forecasting and cost assessment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of SQL and advanced excel skills are highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in forecasting and cost assessments.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced data analytics tools.
