This is a hybrid position, so you'll work both remotely and in the office.

What you’ll do

  • Ensure the quality and reliability of our SaaS applications, through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements, design effective test strategies, and contribute to the overall development life cycle.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts to identify software defects and ensure optimal functionality.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues, working closely with developers to isolate problems, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to timely resolutions.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in SaaS development to bring innovative solutions to the team.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of testing documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and testing results, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
  • Actively engage in knowledge-sharing sessions and mentorship opportunities within the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.

Your experience

  • 3+ years relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role, demonstrating a track record of ensuring the quality and reliability of complex SaaS applications.
  • Strong expertise in testing methodologies, test case development, and execution, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce testing, understanding the nuances and intricacies of testing within the Salesforce environment.
  • Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent, to automate and streamline testing processes.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate testing strategies, report findings, and collaborate within the team.
